— Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Sensory Inclusion Summit 2026 prize draw (the "Prize Draw"). By entering, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is SI Network (UK and Ireland) Ltd, trading as Sensory Integration Education ("SIE") and Sensory Inclusive Schools ("SIS"), registered at International House, 61 Mosley Street, Manchester, M2 3HZ, United Kingdom (Company No. 05068304) ("the Promoter", "we", "us", "our").

2. The Prize Draw

2.1 The Prize Draw is run in connection with the Sensory Inclusion Summit 2026, a free online event held on Tuesday 13 October 2026 with on-demand access for seven (7) days thereafter (the "Summit").

2.2 The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over, resident in any country, except where entry into the Prize Draw or receipt of the prize would be unlawful.

3.2 The following are not eligible to enter: employees, directors, contractors and consultants of the Promoter and its associated brands (SIE, SIS, Sensory Help Now and the National Sensory Network), their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone else professionally connected with the organisation or administration of the Prize Draw.

3.3 Entrants must have a valid email address.

4. How to Enter

4.1 You are automatically entered into the Prize Draw when you register for the Summit before the Closing Date. No further action is required to enter.

4.2 One (1) entry per person. Bulk, automated or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

4.3 Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK time) on Tuesday 20 October 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

5. The Prize

5.1 There are two (2) prizes available in total:

  • Prize 1: one (1) free place on the Sensory Inclusion Facilitator Certificate delivered via the Sensory Integration Education (SIE) site.
  • Prize 2: one (1) free place on the Sensory Inclusion Facilitator for Education Certificate delivered via the Sensory Inclusive Schools (SIS) site.

5.2 The approximate retail value of each place is £395.

5.3 Alternative for previous completers. If a winner has already completed the Sensory Inclusion Facilitator Certificate on the relevant site, they will instead receive a £395 course voucher to redeem against another course on the relevant SIE or SIS site.

5.4 Voucher conditions: the voucher is for a single use, is redeemable against course fees only, must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable. Any course fee above the voucher value is payable by the winner.

5.5 A free place (Prize 1 or Prize 2) must be taken up within 12 months of the prize being awarded, is subject to course availability and scheduling, and is subject to the Promoter's standard course terms and conditions.

5.6 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.

6.2 The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date and will be conducted using a process that ensures each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

7.1 Winners will be notified by email (using the email address provided at entry) within seven (7) days of the draw.

7.2 To claim, a winner must respond to confirm acceptance within 14 days of the notification being sent, and confirm whether they require the free place or the £395 voucher alternative under clause 5.3.

7.3 If a winner does not respond within the period set out in clause 7.2, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Winner Publicity

8.1 The surname and county of the winners will be made available on request by emailing [email protected] within one month of the Closing Date.

8.2 By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their first name and county for the purpose of complying with applicable advertising codes. A winner may object to this on reasonable grounds, in which case the Promoter will, where possible, agree an alternative means of compliance.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy: https://www.sensoryintegrationeducation.com/pages/terms.

9.2 Entry into the Summit and any related marketing communications are governed separately by the consents given at registration.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise not received, or for any technical failure or event beyond its reasonable control that may affect the operation of the Prize Draw.

11. General

11.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, the conduct or results of the Prize Draw, or any other matter relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw, or to amend these Terms, where it is necessary to do so for reasons outside its reasonable control or to protect the fairness or integrity of the Prize Draw.

11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a manner that is fraudulent or otherwise damaging to the Promoter or the Prize Draw.

11.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.5 Where the Prize Draw is promoted via social media, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform.
