Our commitment is to partner with you, providing tailored assistance, guidance, and resources to make the integration of sensory-inclusive practices in your schools as smooth and successful as possible. Together, let's create educational environments where every student can thrive.

  • Students and their families will benefit from a better understanding of their sensory needs.

  • Students will experience a better opportunity to thrive and excel academically and socially within school.

  • Students can be supported by their school faster with Sensory Inclusive Schools rather than joining long waiting lists.

Local Education Authorities Benefits

  • The Sensory Inclusive School coures can be available on a Local Education Authority-wide licence so schools can cluster together and be supported in their own bespoke Community of Learning forum. This will support cross-school working and sharing of local good practice.

  • Partnership with a trusted, world-leading education provider, SIE, creates confident recommendations for schools to spend delegated funds or high needs funding to support at-risk students.

  • LA and SIE partnership demonstrates how statutory services are partnering with the third sector for capacity building, appropriate allocation of resources and financial accountability.

  • Students' needs are met at the earliest opportunity by a trained workforce. This prevents problems from escalating, meaning that fewer children and young people require more costly, specialist services and those with the most complex needs can access occupational therapy when they need it.

  • Sensory Inclusive Schools can form the LA's Ordinarily Available Provision as part of the local offer for schools.

  • Sensory Inclusive Schools support LAs and schools in meeting SEND reforms (Children and Family Act 2014) and the SEND Green Paper, which emphasises providing the right support to children in the right place and at the right time.
